Hi, I’m Emily!

I’m an MSc-qualified and BAPT-registered Play Therapist, and I help children explore their world through the magic of play. Based in Salisbury, Wiltshire, I work with children who need a little extra support, offering a safe, nurturing space where they can express themselves and build emotional resilience.

Before becoming a play therapist, I spent over 10 years as a teacher in early years, primary, and SEN/SEMH settings, so I understand the many ways children communicate—especially when words aren’t enough. I’ve also worked in mainstream and specialist schools, supporting children and teenagers through play therapy.

Fun fact: In 2012, I managed a daycare centre in beautiful Banff, Canada, where I spent my days surrounded by curious little explorers—both in the classroom and out in the wild! That experience deepened my passion for child-led learning and the power of play.

Every child’s story is unique, and I feel incredibly lucky to help them navigate their journey with warmth, creativity, and care.

I’d love to hear from you!
